Bowmore 10 Year Forth Bridge Centennial Single Malt Scotch

A rare 10 year old Bowmore single malt that was bottled in this black decanter to commemorate the Centennial anniversary of the opening of the Forth Rail Bridge in March 1990. Comes supplied in great condition, complete with presentation box and Certificate Of Authenticity - which is presented in the style of an invitation to the official opening on 4th March 1890 by the Prince of Wales. Although the decanter is described as a being a limited edition of 1200, the truth is that just 400 decanters were issued due to a contractual disagreement which was never resolved. So this is really 1 of 400 -bottle #408

Blanton’s Gold Edition – Letter “L”

Blanton’s Gold Edition was created for discerning bourbon aficionados who appreciate exceptional smoothness and complexity in their bourbon whiskey. Originally released in 1992, this 103-proof expression is a coveted previously only international exclusive, particularly popular in Japan, for nearly three decades. It wasn't until 2020 that it finally arrived in the U.S., though it remains a very limited annual release. The higher proof compared to the standard 93-proof Blanton's Original Single Barrel creates a richer, more intense flavor profile, adding to its allure. Its history and limited availability make it a prized bottle for collectors, while its exceptional taste makes it a must-try for any serious bourbon drinker.

Weller 12

W.L. Weller is a wheated bourbon originally created by the Stitzel-Weller Distilling Company. The brand is named after William Larue Weller, a distiller who is credited by some as being the first to use wheat as the secondary grain in straight bourbon as opposed to the more commonly used rye. Notably, William Larue Weller hired the famous Julian Van Winkle, who would later be known as “Pappy.” Van Winkle began his career working for Weller. Weller passed in 1899, and coincidentally his company, W.L. Weller & Sons, later merged with the A. Ph. Stitzel Distillery, which was owned by Van Winkle. The companies worked together through Prohibition, operating under a medicinal license, and eventually became the Stitzel-Weller Distilling Company in 1935.

Eagle Rare 10

As bourbon faced a crisis in the late 20th century, with younger generations turning to clear spirits, Eagle Rare emerged as perhaps the last great bourbon before the small-batch era. Amidst a global downturn in whiskey sales that shuttered distilleries worldwide, Eagle Rare stood as a bold statement of traditional bourbon values. It was a defiant answer to changing tastes, a testament to the enduring appeal of a well-crafted, aged whiskey in a rapidly shifting market.

A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 12

This is a limited yearly release of Rendezvous Rye finished in port and French oak barrels. A Midwinter Night’s Dram is a very fruity and tropical-y rye. The port and rye play well together, making it a great combination of dark and sweet from the port, and bright, herbal, and sweet from the rye.

McKenna 10 Single Barrel Bottled in Bond

McKenna is one of the longest aged Bottled-in-Bond whiskeys available today, resting in the barrel through 40 Kentucky seasons. Critics agree that this is perfectly balanced Bourbon. 2024 SF World Spirits Competition Double Gold / 2024 ASCOT Double Platinum / 2024 TAG Global Double Gold / 2021 SF World Spirits Challenge Best Single Barrel Bourbon
